Welcome to Grow India Holidays. By booking a tour package or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
- The balance amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.
- Booking will be confirmed only after the receipt of the advance amount and a written confirmation from Grow India Holidays.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 10% of the package cost will be charged.
- 15–29 days before travel: 25% of the package cost will be charged.
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% of the package cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation charges will apply.
- No refund for unused services or “no-show” at the time of departure.
3. Amendments & Changes
- Requests for changes in travel dates, itinerary, or accommodation must be made in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Grow India Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
4. Travel Documents
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required documents (ID proof, travel permits, visas where applicable) are valid and available.
- Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Grow India Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport services. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property or life during the trip.
6. Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for their personal health and must ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
- We recommend travel insurance for medical emergencies, lost baggage, or trip cancellations.
7. Special Requests
- Any special requests such as room preferences, dietary requirements, or honeymoon arrangements should be mentioned at the time of booking.
- While we try to fulfill all special requests, they are not guaranteed.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
- The laws of India shall govern all matters under these terms.
